Acadis is seeking an Analyst to support research and evaluation work. This position requires collecting, organizing, and analyzing information and data from energy efficiency, demand response and decarbonization programs as well as assisting with day-to-day program operations, data entry, administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting. The position works closely with the Project Manager to assist in creating and delivering analysis, planning, market research, cost-effectiveness analysis, and reporting. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Project delivery

• Work closely with the Project Manager and team to help deliver results.

• Manage day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, including tracking, reports, notes, communicating action items, project set-up, follow-up, and scheduling.

• Manage tasks with limited direction.

• Support responses to internal questions regarding assigned tasks, deliverables, and project tracking.

• Work closely with team members to achieve goals, drive deliverables, and crate a positive client experience.

• Contribute data and insights to reports and presentations for clients.

Data analysis

• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data

• Develop processes surrounding data to enhance delivery efficiency

• Ensure data integrity

• Assist with analyses

• Assist with maintaining and interpreting project-related data

After 3 months, you will have...

• Completed on-boarding

• Gained access to all necessary tools and software

• Establish foundational knowledge of assigned projects and associated processes

After 6 months, you will have...

• Learned the ins and outs of internal tools and software

• Completed entry level projects or tasks

• Identified basic improvements to current processes surrounding data

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree

• 0-2 years of industry or equivalent experience

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical

• Able to work independently with limited direction

• Able to communicate and assist with program deliverables

• MS Office, especially Excel

• Coursework or basic experience in data analysis, database management and/or data cleaning

• Coursework, basic experience, or interest in the energy industry, including but not limited to energy efficiency, clean energy, decarbonization, or demand response programs

• $28.50 to $37.50 an hour
