At Acadis, our team performs research and evaluation projects for energy efficiency, demand response, decarbonization and other clean energy programs. Our work combines thoughtful analysis, collaboration and practical problem-solving to help clients make informed decisions and deliver impactful programs.

What You Might Work On

As opportunities arise, team members may contribute to a variety of projects, including:

• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data

• Supporting research, planning, market assessments, and program evaluations

• Proposal development and sales activities

• Assisting with project coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks

• Developing and improving data management processes to enhance project efficiency

• Creating reports, presentations, and other project deliverables

• Collaborating with project managers to deliver high-quality work

• Supporting day-to-day project operations

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates who demonstrate:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience or interest in data analysis, database management, research, or program evaluation

• An interest in the energy industry, including energy efficiency, clean energy, decarbonization, demand response, electrification, or related fields
