Melissa brings over 16 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in efficiency, electrification, and demand response. Her work includes market research, portfolio evaluation, strategic planning, and program implementation. She has led technical studies, advised on energy policy, and provided expert testimony for electric and gas portfolios. Melissa holds a B.B.A. in Economics.
An active industry leader, she serves on the AESP Chapter Board, has chaired the Research and Evaluation Topic Committee, and contributed to initiatives with IEPEC, DOE, NREL, and others. Her innovative work has earned recognition from SXSW Eco, Verizon, and Pecan Street.

He has supported electric and gas utilities across the U.S., with a strong focus on natural gas efficiency. His work includes market research, impact and process evaluations, cost-effectiveness analysis, and regulatory strategy.
A certified Project Management Professional, Adam is a recognized expert in energy efficiency evaluation. He has led groundbreaking research on smart thermostats in low-income housing and behavioral program persistence, and frequently shares insights at industry conferences. He also serves as Co-Chair of the AESP Research and Evaluation Topic Committee.

Melissa Kosla brings over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in statistical energy analysis, evaluation, measure development, regional benchmarking, and market transformation. She has led and conducted technical research and developed measures for residential and nonresidential programs, with methodologies widely adopted by utilities and organizations across the U.S.
A subject matter expert in statistical billing analysis, Melissa has presented findings at major conferences including AESP, IEPEC, and BECC. She led the first regional market transformation savings methodology assessment in the Pacific Northwest and has managed portfolio-level evaluations across diverse regulatory environments. Her background in environmental science and modeling provides a multidisciplinary perspective on challenges and opportunities in the energy sector.
